Version 2.0 has compiled a wealth of security features in this version. Our engineers have written the software in a more modern language with role base security. The new password feature will be at least 8 characters long with the one uppercase and lowercase letters along with numerals. The passwords are not stored in the database they use algorithms and store it as numbers. The new version also has security questions and answers to reset a user’s password, and there is the option to use the mobile authentication where a pin is sent to your phone or email. Our database tracks where and when a user logs in and out from. The option to build your own profiles is also available in this version. Our engineers have separated the database from the application to protect users. This separation protects confidential information if someone tries to hack into the system they only hack the application itself, not the database where the passwords and user information is encrypted.
